It all began in 1974, when a bold vision was born: to create quality meals for airlines. servair makes gastronomy shine worldwide and offers its customers remarkable and unforgettable experiences. Today, servair has over 100 airlines worldwide and more than 300 food service customers.
50 years of development
Since it was first established in Africa and the French overseas departments and territories, servair has become a significant player, committed to developing its establishments in partnership with local companies. Over the years, in addition to catering, servair has positioned itself in food service activities. The story begins with passengers on the Atlantic TGV, collective catering, mining camps, and so on.
50 years of culinary excellence
servair has always been associated with top chefs and renowned restaurants. This sharing of culinary knowledge, combined with the specific techniques required for time- and space-deferred catering, has laid the foundations of servair’s catering expertise. In 2009, servair created its Studio Culinaire, chaired by Joël Robuchon. This collective brings together Michelin-starred chefs and industry experts. Today, the Studio Culinaire includes Chefs Guy Martin, Régis Marcon, Anne-Sophie Pic, Michel Roth, Corporate Chef François Adamski, and sous-vide expert Bruno Goussault.
50 years of commitment
servair is committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and has been a United Nations Global Compact member for several years. It reports its CSR actions and annual results through its Extra-Financial Performance Statement (EFSPS). In 2023, servair was awarded a bronze medal in the EcoVadis assessment, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
